don't care.
but welcome, op. i'm sure one day when you "do" get a Z, you can feel right at home with these *******.
Though, I will agree that Tubbs was a bit harsh, to be fair, this is a site for Z owners, and though his interest is appreciated, he's still a Troll until he has joined the club... a lot of people "say" they're buying a Z and a lot of those potential buyers fail to do so...
To the OP: good luck, if you're sincere, and post the car when you finally get one...

The the OP, I just bought my Z a week ago and so am a rank newbie. Whether you are buying new or used, you should find lots of good deals next month or even in November. If you can wait even longer, there should be some great deals once the 370 comes out or at least is introduced at the car show in November.
My own experience was that dealers still think that their Z's are worth a lot more than they actually are. If you are buying used, get a 2 month subscription to Autocheck and check every car you come accross. In most cases you can get an idea of how long ago the dealer acquired the vehicle. The longer it has been sitting on the lot, the more desparate the dealer will be to move it out. The same holds true for new cars. If the dealer has a new Touring on the lot that he picked up in January and still financing, he is going to be happy to cut his losses and get rid of it.
Good luck.

last paragraph was very well put. However I would have to disagree to you on the bold part. When the 370 comes out, the demand will go up and people are gonna want it a lot more. More demand then higher the price. If you want to save money on 350z, your best bet is to wait until 370 comes out and even new 350z will cost almost nothing.

i'm as developed as they come. and why should i care if someone won't buy a car because they are scared of a message board? i sure as **** didn't post on a multitude of boards saying "hey! thinking of getting your type of car!" but i sure as **** did visit as many boards as i could, researching for myself. then i made my own decision as to what i should get. and then i drove as many cars as i could to test them all out.
LMAO@ tubbs! The guy is entertaining.
OP-there are many threads on buying new and used, please refer to the search feature, these things have been covered to death. Welcome to the forums btw...

Yeah I think all the folks who joined after 2006 actually care.
