Finally getting a Z
Hi all,
I realize Z33 is fading out as Z34 emerges, but still, 350Z has always been the car of my dream since Day 1.
And I am finally about to get one!
I have the options of getting either an 06 or an 07, both auto. Which one I should I pickup?
I know some 06 auto has oil burning issues. Is there anything negative that I should know about for 07 models?
Your input is highly appreciated!

The oil issue is indeed limited to 35 Anniversary edition and some 06 manual models, and **maybe** some 06 auto models.
And yes, the 07-08 does use VQ35HR.
I am just wondering if 07-08 models have any OTHER issues that I need to be aware of before buying one =)

I haven't seen the 2 cars yet, but will check them out this weekend.
06 has more mods, but Auto comes only with 287HP stock, where as the 07 has 306HP to begin with, but (currently) has less mods.
I most likely will pick up a PPW. Always been a fan of pearl white at night time.

Both available cars are auto models.
I know most people think the only way to drive a Z is manual, but I've driven both, and the auto isn't nearly as bad as I thought.

GUYS!
I've just bought a brand new 2008 Grand Touring for $44000 CAD!!!
It's pearl white, but in Canada, this colour is called Glacier Pearl, rather than Pike Peak White. Which I think sounds just as cool (pun intended), LOL!!!
OMFG! I finally own a Z! HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!
Sorry for not being able to contain my excitement here, but you folks must understand the Z, which usually has a price of $51,000 CAD, is not something every 20-something-year old could afford =)
****!!! This thing is a BEAST!!! LOVE IT! JUST LOVE IT!!!!!!!
