I rate this post right up there with...
"Wow the race track was really slick with the WET RAIN ON IT" Yeah, always compared to "DRY Rain" it makes a difference.
I've sponsored several cars in the past and it doesn't mean I'm looking for anymore...lol
What we do is give you all the vehicle graphics/decals either free or at a great discount.
What you do:
Display our decal logo on your car.
Pictures of your car showing our logo decal at events.
We are listed as your "Sponsor" on the entry applications
You refer business to us.
However, you must have a car that is show or race ready. And, fail to do any of your requirements terminates the sponsorship.
A car with no mods and I will laugh at you with your request. And, have the nerve to actually put something in writing why we would both benefit from a sponsorship. Otherwise, don't waste my time.
Example: I sponsored an Indy Light Race Car last year. Did all their graphics. They put their our logo on their car, on their race suit.
The race was nationally televised.
The driver sent me tons of pics showing the logo in the pits, during the race and post race. His interview with our logo on his race suit, etc.
Simple enough?

geez take it easy guys, it was just a question, and something that i didnt understand. besides, how is asking what a sponsors benefits and obligatory duties are is a stupid question? anyways, thanks to those who actually answered my question.
