My father in law just go this new Chrome silver Enthusiast yesterday and here are some pics:

His first impressions of the car can be described by one word: Awesome. He owns an M3 and a Boxter and he is absolutely impressed by the car.
Next week you will get my impressions bc that's when my car comes in.

WOW. ZBarrister when is your car do in? Did'nt you and your dad order about the same time?

 

We ordered the same day, the dealer called them in the same day and the deliveries are a week apart..go figure.

 

That second picture sure looks like a Silverstone.

 

Must be the lighting bc it's definitely not Sivlerstone.

 

Another Z finds a driveway. Tell the FIL congrats (if you see him in the next few months).

Remember the line at Blackhawk, waiting for Mr. K's autograph? Doesn't that seem like years ago?

Pointfive, that line feels like a lifetime ago.

I should see my FIL in the next few days and probably get a spin in the Z.

Great news about your father-in-law getting his car. My wife and I met both of you in line out in Danville. He seemed almost as excited about getting the car as you did. I like the fact that lots of cars are coming in early. I might get mine before November.

 

Yeah, I had to go back and re-read the "chrome silver" part, that second pic does look like silverstone. I really like that color, of coarse I better because I ordered it. Sharp car!

 

I sure can see how someone might think that was Silverstone...but let me say it again: It is Chrome!!

Pooh he was stoked yesterday when he got the car!

I saw a Brickyard Enthusiast in Colma yesterday. I think you will be VERY pleased with your color choice. I was so entranced by the color that I didn't even notice that this one had the splash guards. They look fine on the car, but don't really add much
