If the guy has all the reciepts and a even a warrantly on any of the parts from Stillen that might be a good deal. As long as it is reliable and won't blow the motor. If I was looking for one minus the color I think it would be good.

hahaha I bought the DLI II from this guy when I was in El Paso about a year ago. But that 400HP even if it's not an WHP is still a little too steep, unless otherwise he had about 12+PSI pumpin' on that thing...
