Default I couldn't resist...

We've got a nice spot of weather here in Indiana today, and since the crazy winds blew the cover off, I decided to drive the Z to work today. Plus, the heavy rains the past couple of days have washed the salt off the roads.

I couldn't resist any longer...God, I've missed it...

It is this reason alone that I love living in Texas... weather hardly ever stops me from driving the Z.

Indiana is not so bad either... usually the 2-2.5 months of okay winter weather... and snows time to time... but not so bad...

The winds were horrible yesterday and last night. Today was a great driving day and I definitely had the Z out too! Of course that was after I cut up the tree that fell across my driveway.

Of course we have the obligatory "I am from __________ and I love how it's warm here all the time and I can drive my Z all the time!!1" posts (hate you guys and your nice weather!)

Mine hasn't seen daylight since before Thanksgiving, but this warm spell has me seriously considering breaking out my Z. And then the weather forecast for the weekend calls for snow or freezing rain, so negatron on that one

I've missed a total of 4 days all winter long and we have had our share of snow and ice. They get the main roads cleared pretty quickly here and I just go easy in the neighborhood.

I didn't mind driving the Z in the winter last year. I just hate to think what all that salt is doing to it. I bought a Jeep Wrangler last fall, and it came in handy (and was a blast) in the snow we got this year.

Even in the rain the car is still great. The tires only slipped once today and that was uphill on 2nd (mybad).

My old lady is from Indy. She's been living in Houston for almost 2 years now. She's says she will never go back, due to the winters...
