Default Another possible scamming seller

I have had a few of these over several years and can handle the situation.

I paid for the items on the 15th and had 2 replies from the seller.
First was when I paid ..I was told I would have prompt shipment.
5 days ago I was told again that he was busy in school and at work and promised to ship and advise on tracking immediately.
He said the parts was at HIS shop.
I am still waiting.

Tomprrow I start my recovery process and also post his user name.
I believe that is fair time. I emailed this to him today.

I agree, ten days is more than enough to prep and ship an item. Even if it isnt a scam, the lolligagging nature of some of the sellers is rediculous. If you've received money for goods you need to make it your priority to deliver the goods within a couple of days.

I'd say 2-3 days is an acceptable amount of time, but 10 is well beyond pushing it.

I can understand when there are delays. But sometimes enough is enough.
Communication through paypal initiated today:

I had quad bypass 11 months ago and has not worked since.
I always found a way to ship what I needed to.
I do what I can with minimal help..and I am no shop owner nor mechanic..

Details so far: These are QUOTES from 2 Emails and IM..

You said that last Friday.
This has gone on long enough.
I suggest a refund until you can get yourself in a position to sell anything.

His location says Montebello, CA. If he indeed resides there or is currently there, I can tell you shipping stations are not 30 minutes away from him as one of his emails say. There are multiple places he can ship a package around where he lives.

he said he will ship tonite, so I am hoping yet again.
I am just annoyed at expecting the parts as promised....[to drop off my car this week]..thinking 10 days would be adequate.
I went ahead and got some others in the interim

update is I got a PM saying it was dropped off and it is on the way.
I am not upset at the seller, just disappointed that I needed to go this route.

Thanks Dave, I guess your IM was a catalyst in the process.
