Default Hood "lines" not matching

My neighbor, who has a 350 as well, pointed it out to me. I am referring to the gap between the hood and the fenders. It is even all the way around until you get near the driver's side headlight. Then it becomes a little narrower. My neighbor said it was probably the front strut brace that needed to be adjusted. Is this correct? Anyone else's hood a little out of wack?

Going to dealer on Friday...

I dont think having a strut bar misaligned would lead to uneven body gap.

I believe, however, that nissans have screws that you can use to adjust certain body panels or headlights. Im about 60% sure on that one. Maybe someone else can point you in the right direction.

Normally it is the bolts that hold the hinges to the hood and the fender bolts ...

Absolutely! But don't let the dealer touch it. Find the bolts and be your own gentle mechanic.

It is a nIssan and Nissan has pretty crappy tolerences on gaps. Look at any 350Z's gaps around the bumpers, then look at a G35C and you will see that the coupe is much better fitment of panels/bumpers. Would still rather have the Z though
