Hey I support my countries soldiers 100%. I will never disrespect the individuals who protect our freedom. So do not get it twisted. If you are self respecting American soldier then why would you call people you protect towel heads. I understand that many or most Afghans do not want us there, but do not stoop to their level by calling them "towel heads". It is like them ignorantly calling you a non-believer. I was annoyed with your ignorance, since you represent who we are out there. To all our fellow soldiers my comment was toward Chromex319, not to yall. So do not take my comments toward a specific soldier, with regard to all. My apologizes to those who were offended, but not to Chromex319.

I am not defending the "towel heads". I just do not like how racist or ignorant comments are ignored by our members besides myself, possibly? Would it be okay to use a racial slur toward African Americans, Caucasians, Italians, Germans, Chinese, Hispanic, etc? Even if you had your reasons?

Yea i Inderstand what your saying and did not mean to start arguments in this thread. My intial comment was of how, towel head was a degrading insult. I should have worded the jab at Chromex differently, because it came off as me insulting all soldiers. Then it got out of hand. My bust thread starter. Good luck and be safe kid on your tour.
