As far as I understand it, the engagement point may sink lower in the pedal actuation as the clutch really wears down. I know that my old VR-4's clutch engaged near the floor when it was just about worn out around 90k miles. That car had a slave cylindar hydraulic setup, too. So, if the engagement point drops noticeably over time, then the clutch is wearing down. It shouldn't be very noticeable until its almost worn-out, though. That's my understanding...

So you're saying the Dealership can shorten the pedal freeplay? And by freeplay I mean the total distance from completely out to fully pushed in.
turtles, your last two posts, I agree. I don't like the fact that I have to do a full leg extension to use the clutch. And I also wanna know if the dealership can shore that thing up.
