By the definition he is not a scammer at all. I don't think his goal was to screw anyone over from the start. There is no excuse for it not being shipped for 3 days after the funds were received. Had he done so, there would be no issue because it would have been all the fault of the buyer and it would be her responsibility to sell it.

 

That is a total waste of a scam thread if I ever saw one. More like a petty squabble. They each seem pretty dam desperate over $50. WTF!
