What kind of, (if any), synthetic lubricants do you all recommend for the engine and trans? I have always used Mobil One synthetic fluids. Are there any particular recommendations, or does the Z have the proper synthetics in it already, like the Vette?

 

Does not come with synthetics in it. There are numerous threads on this topic, as recently as last week.
Mobil One is a popular choice for oil.
Personally, I use AMSOil in the engine, trans and rear diff.
