350Z..tint or not?
I don't know if this would fall under the mod forum, but i'm hoping it will get greater exposure here... I wanted to tint my 350Z windows, but I know they automatically go up and down when you open/close your door... Now those who have tinted before know that when you tint your windows the first 2 days you're not supposed to roll your window up and down.. Do you think the 1/2 inch the window moves up and down when you open and close will affect the tint? Will it cause bubbles or any other types of problems? I'm hoping someone who has tinted a BMW that has the same auto up/down window feature would know...

I spoke to my tint guy who actually tinted the car that was at the NY Auto show. He said that if you tint the front windows first,(which means take the fuse out with the doors open), then by the time you are done with the rest of the car, it will be no problem for the windows that go up and down automatically. Just make sure you do it as soon as possible so it is still warm outside, that way they dry quicker. I'll be tinting my Chrome silver 35% within the first day or two.
