Here's the e-mail convo incase you lost it.

5/02/09
"Hey guys wondering when you’re sending my 350 b-pillar item that I ordered a few weeks ago??"

5/02/09
"I apologize, you're online order seemed to slip through our system. I have been able to track it down, but it shows the shipping address to Canada. The free online shipping is only offered within the lower 48 states and does not include Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. I'll have to check shipping on Monday but it shouldn't be very much considering the size. Thank You for your patience and I apologize for the delay."

Your response on 5/2/09:
"Ok sounds good!, just send me a money request through paypal or tell me the shipping and I will send it to you. Thank for emailing me back J"

and from 5/5/09
"Jeremy,
Shipping the pillars to Canada will be an additional $20. You can send it via paypal to sales@mastergrademotorsport.com and we'll get those out ASAP."

Your response on 5/24/09
"Hi guys I ordered the CF pillar set on April 17th and I still haven’t seen my order. I am now moving to the following address and need them shipped there. If it can’t be completed I need a refund. Please ship ASAP."

Since there seems to have been a misunderstanding from both ends, we'd be willing to ship you the pillars and eat the extra $20 shipping cost. Totally up to you at this point.

I'll tell you what. Get me the cost to ship the widebody kit, the B-pillars and the AMS Hood (if that hood comes in wet carbon fiber) shipped to Peterborough ontario canada and I will buy it all from you in a month, just hope it get's shipped faster. Do you have to make the kit? if so then I would understand that it would take a bit longer.

PM sent.

We have 1 widebody kit all boxed up and ready to go. We only plan to make 1 maybe 2 more widebody kits before we discontinue it. We'll do whatever we can to make sure you are happy. Thanks

Manny

So you go from saying Mastergrade is a scammer to buying a widebody kit from them?

Wow bro, you're a real winner.

but again, like with 99% of the rest of these types of threads, you are only getting one side of the story.
I just mean, I thought Mastergrade was showstoppers under a different name but from the names being used in that account it doesn't seem to be the case.

and OP is so full of failure he should be temp banned.

I guess we will see, I have money to lose and if it happens then so be it but if it works out this time I will spend more then what I'm going to spend next month. I don't care about the money it's the principle of it. I think everyone deserves a second chance and maybe it was an email that I missed that Manny sent therefore my fault. I have no problem admitting that it could have been partly me but it would have been nice that I got a follow up email on the shipping cost as a reminder to me incase I did miss the email which is possible that's what happened. The second time around will be the one that counts to me specially if I'm going to spend $10,000 with them considering I would have to exchange the price to Canadian dollars therefore costing me more than the listed price.

Good on OP for owning up to possible mistake and good on Mastergrade for being following up and working on a solution. Now if only all disputes could end like this then life would be easy.
