i would go with the NISMO. Idk if you want more horsepower on your car or you just want to leave it stock but with an extra 4 grand you can put a lot of extra horsepower on that NISMO and would for sure take the 370.

I've never driven the 370z, but I would say nice choice since Nissan is nortorious with bug on the 1st year of their new models. I would have gone with the NISMO if I was in your situation.

I would personally get the 350 nismo. i drove both the 07-08 nismo and the 370 and i just dont feel the 370 is the right car to buy at the time. i know a couple mechanics that work at both of my nissan dealers and they had a couple of the new 370 come in with a engine problem. it wasnt running on all cylinders. i would wait atleast a year so they get their problems sorted out. i also had this same problem when i was buying my car, i went to the dealer for a 370 and left with a 350 because they said they would give me 10k off the 08 z. I know for a fact you will love the both but the nismo is definately worth it its the same price.

and just so you know, you can still talk them down a fair amount from the 10k they are already taking off. my sticker said 36k and i took the car home for 24k after taxes and fees.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PURCHASE!!!

370z Nismo has all the new tech, 350hp, plus it looks beautiful.

All this talk about Nismo rarity. How many 370z sport packages have you seen?

Oh and congratulations, no such thing as a bad choice when your talking about Z's.

I agree for the most part, my point was in relation to the current economy. Production run has already been cut in half.

Where are the pics?

The 370 is ~200 lbs lighter than the 350 because it is shorter and has more aluminum body parts. You need to re-calibrate your internal G-meter. I think what you are experiencing is the more progressive springs on the 370, which make the handling less choppy. A smoother ride is what I felt (I can't feel 200 lbs difference unless I'm driving them back to back on a track - even then, maybe not).

Wardo, congrats on the Nismo. Honestly, if you were looking for better performance, the 370Z outperforms the Nismo because with the sport package it wails on the S2K CR, which is about as fast as a Nismo on a road course. But to each his own needs.

Get the 370Z NISMO. Just a slight price difference to a fully loaded 370z.
