Default Import wars on Sat, should I use octane booster?

Since this will be my last time racing this season (most likely) I am looking for new best on my ET this Saterday, beating my previous bests of 13.98@101 back when I had 4600 miles. I now have 11k miles and the weather conditions shoudl be perfect this weekend, about mid 60's and dry. Also I have recent got a new tranny which seems to shift smoother

I am going all out, no spare, low fuel, tire pressure and looking for maybe another edge. I remeber reading 350z's making 5-10 extra HP with higher octane gas (108 I think).

Would it be smart to try one of those fuel additives like 108+ octane booster? I am pretty sure its safe so even if it has no effect its no big deal.

Any insight or comments are appreciated! Never used octane booster before.

it's safe to use octane booster.. either that or use race gas at the track, if they are available.. I am sure it will squeeze some hp out of the vq engine
