Do these guys sell NISMO parts? If so, who should I talk with to get a good deal and to talk with about adding parts to the Z

 

No, they don't.

And, don't go in there with a NISMO intake on your car... they consider that a warranty-voiding modification and will balk at even changing your oil.

I have 350EVO swaybars on my car and they won't perform the "pulling to the right" TSB because I have a "modified suspension".

I asked if they would install my NISMO headers and they said they won't work on anything aftermarket... even NISMO parts.

I think Sterling-McCall on 59 is trying to sell NISMO parts. They tend to be a little more mod-friendly. Maybe give them a try.

Also, Doug Bakke at Awesome Z is the guy in Houston to go to for work on Z cars. He only works on Z cars and has been doing superchargers, exhausts and headers on the 350Z for a while now. The shop is address: 4004 Trenton Road, Houston, TX 77093. Phone number is 281-219-0015.
