I think the best color would have to be a white Z with red interior. We shall call it...the tampon

 

It's really hard to choose! I have the Silverstone w/ burnt orange and still it takes my breath away to look at it. But I'm with you all. The LS, and Brick are dramatic! And PPW is unbelievable. Such depth, like the Brick.

Hey now! CS the LEAST?

Ok, I admit it, I had wanted PPW, but when a CS with everything else I wanted came into the dealer, I compromised on the color.

I haven't been sorry for a second....the CS color very much makes the Z look refined and expensive. I had a '96 240SZ in Pearl White, and on some days, it just looked cheap.

CS would totally get my vote!

 

The silvers really go well with this car

BUT everyone and their mother has a silver Z, much less a silver car. That why I will most likely go with Blue

 

All Z colors are great, but Daytona Blue is the greatest!

 

You're generalizing the color "silver". Yeah, all sorts of grandma's drive silver buicks and honda accords. It's the *shade* of silver that makes this car look good, though. Add on a little loving care with some Meguiar's products, and you've got a shining jewel that screams out for some good lovin'!!

Obviously my fav is DB, I also like the Redline and Lemans Sunset.

I am not a fan of the silvers and the white, to pedestrian and boring for such an exciting looking sports car. Every time I see a silver it just doesn't do anything for the Z, all the sexy chrome accents just blend into the color.

But then again, everybody has there own opinions.

 

straight out the box i think the best color for any performance car is black, specially with a nice glossy finish like zaino. when clean i dont think that anyone out there can argue that a black car is the best looking thing on the road. that was what i had with my pontiac grand prix gtp, just that it was an absolute ***** to keep clean. i often washed the thing 2-3 times a week all year round just to keep it looking good. even the slightest the bit of dirt is magnified on the black.

this was my original choice for the Z but i found a crazy deal on a used redline so thats what i have now and to tell you the truth not only has it grown on me but now i am glad that i have it. still have the soft spot for black but i definately see too many daytona blues, burnt orange, and silver driving around. I am not in a hughe metro area but between dayton and cincy i have only seen one other redline and have yet to see a black.

i'm sorry they dropped brickyard also. it would have been my choice for color. the red line is not enough dark or light enough for me. IMO the chrome sliver looks real good but its all i every see mostly.too common for me.
