I'll be there on Thursday night to Sunday.. Staying at IP.. Will be there most likely to hang out with buddies from South Coast Subaru, Zero Sport Japan, and AEBS.

Mr & Mrs Twisted will be going. We'll be looking for new stuff for the silverZ . Wo'nt be taking her thou won't risk it in the desert. Taking the Thunderbird, it holds more stuff anyway.

 

I checked the prices for the casinos... and the prices all came out to be like 300+ a night is that right?

 

Excalibur currently has rooms mid week (Wed) for as low as $124/per night. But gets more expensive on Fri and Sat as Art mentioned. MGM is $240 mid week (Wed.)

 

where/when is SEMA ... is it too late to go?

 

do you have to be representing a company to attend this event?.. i kinda want to go but dont know if i can if this is the case.. please help!.. i will represent YOUR company if i just get to go!

There are other places, but these are ones I've heard of.

 

Price are around there.. I've book my room on end of August / Early September and was able to to book Thursday night - Sunday for around $250 for all 3 nights. I know IP is not the best hotel but it's on the strip and it's a place to nap and put my stuff.

Edit: My bad.. didn't notice you stated $300 / night.. whoa.. that's a some chunk of change. Where you looking?

 

One more note.. there is this software I've been using that search for the best rate on most if not all the hotels in Vegas. Pretty much the way it works is that the software search various website and give you a listing of what's the best price they found. It's seems to work for LV and NY. I haven't tried other countries and what not.

Hey failsafe, if Im going and it looks like I will, I'll be there Tuesday night and all day Wednesday returning home on Thursday. By the way did the speeding ticket get resolved? It's kinda funny, Kyle gets a ticket a minute into the drive and on the way back to LA, I'm doing 130+ and never see a cop. Go figure.
