hmmm.... let's not go there (traded an 03track for a yaris... please shoot me) I had a z and loved the 03 so much. The hr engine was nice but the car felt like it was floating on air... not my cup of tea.
Well after the accident and having a loan I don't have much money... basically i would have to finance most of the z... if i had 10k it would be no problem and I'm not going back to school till 2010 even with the 240.
the reason car and school are in the same sentence is because if a 240 means $80 a month and a z means $160 a month in gas it matters. If I go back to school I'm not going to be making more than $800 a month if I'm lucky. (still owe 5k from first 2 years of college)
If I get the 240 it'll be dropped, wheels, turbo, ect... if I get the Z I may be able to afford coilovers and wheels and a decent lip.

I don't think the 240 is a winter vehicle for you on the east coast. I'd get something that you can buy without financing, finish school, then buy your toys. I had a fun Cavalier Z24 during school. 2.8L V6, FWD, nice growl, decent in the snow, shined up in the summer. I bought my first 300ZXTT as a graduation gift to myself.
Come on now you know better... car mods = $$ and you don't have any right now. Finding enough coinage in the couch for a six pack will be a challenge much less having enough for car mods and installs.
....a$$hole.....
my local dealership has an 04 with 140k on it for 10k... is that even worth it? figure i can get them down to 8k, but the millage sucks and yea. I think it may be best to weight on a z.
hahaha
did you even take a minute to read this thread before you posted it????
you had an 08 Z... You hated it... Now you wanna buy an 03 Z, a car that has 500 more things wrong with it than an 08. What makes you think you wouldnt hate that even more???

Pleas stop commenting that if I hate the 08 z I won't like an 03, even though I had one for almost 2 years, learn to f***ing read. I'm the one who still has to go back to school and I don't make such stupid as comments as you guys. You are like those people who get a set of instructions that tell you to read the instructions first, and then it talks about taking something apart. So you do it and by the time you get to the end of it it says you just had to turn the stupid thing on and you just f***ed everything up.

I sold my Eclipse and used the money to live on while in college. Now I have a Z and feel the Eclipse is just a wannabee sports car. I would suggest focusing on school then you can put your full attention on whatever car you really want.
BTW...who is that girl? Incredible photo.

depends, are you going to finish school with a lot of debt? a lot of student loans? if so, it will proably take you longer to get the car you want, you'll be too busy looking at your degree on the wall and dreaming about what could of been.
Debt or not, a "degree on the wall" is a good thing to have. Hard to tell from your post if you agree or not.
