Default 2004, Any problems?

Soo, I just got my 04 Z two weeks ago. 1,350 miles and one BS ticket...

Anyways, I am curious, anyone with 2004 Z's have any tranny issues yet like the 03's have been having? Did they fix it? Or is it the same thing?

- Jason

04 touring 6-speed. I've had it for 5 days. No issues other than the dealer curbed one of my wheels.

I have two problems, taking it in Saturday.
1. Drivers side window comes back down halfway when going auto up.
2. The car is pulling very hard to the right. I have less than 400 miles on the car.

The only other problem I had was not being able to drop the top for two days when I had my windows tinted

My clutch also rattles a bit when just starting off infirst, I think it is normal in this car, so no worries.

You got a ticket too eh? How? You told me that I deserved my ticket last month. I guess it's the same in Los Gatos. LOL.

I don't remember ever saying you deserved it. It's just that you had a mojor attitude and it seemed ou gave the officer the same attitude, and if you did, then I said theres no way you would ever get out of the ticket. But now I know you did not give him the attitude so yeah thats over.

Cops in LG are extreamly lame, and have nothing better to do your right. This ticket was in san jose though.

04 Touring 5spd AT. Purchased it on 10/19/03. No problems other than some "assembly lubricant" draining out of the tranny bell housing. Dealer inspected twice. After the first cleaning no more has drained out.

It also appears our rear driver's side splash guard is the wrong color. We have a chrome silver coupe, but this one splash guard looks like a charcoal gray more than a silver.

I shall refresh your memory. I definitely did not give the officer any bad attitude. They are aiming at nice new cars. I guess your strategy didn't work huh?
