Does anyone know Rich over at www.350zmotorsports.com ? I ordered rear control arms, dif bushing and toe bolts from him in late july before i went on vacation. Well mid august when i got back from the first half of vacation i didn't have them, then late august i got back from the rest of vacation in didn't have them. Got a hold of him twice and he said they would be out in a couple days. Now its mid sept and still no parts, he doesn't answer the phone.

Moday if i have no tracking number i call my CC and get a chargeback and order from a competent supplier.

Any other have problems with them , anyone know him and can slap him in the back of the head to wake him up? He has my number, tell him to get a hold of me.

 

good luck dude. do you know his last name? if you do and what city he/the company is in, id look his home phone up, stalk that ***. if nothing comes of it see if you can find out where the biz is located and file a complaint with the BBB or a local organization similar to the BBB.

That is like his 4th shop in 5 years. I did business with him about 3 years ago, when it was SRD. Never again though, way too shady. All the Arizona guys seem to suck his dick, because he throws parties at the shops and whatever.

no i wasent saying that in a good way. i was saying he is probally stalling because he dosent have the parts in. that is why i always ask if they have it in stock before i order.

Wow i'm in the same boat with provideosound.com with the cruisecam headrest camera mount. Charged for the product and I still have nothing from them yet. Ordered 8/16/09i'm giving this guy a chance to respond to my phone call that I left on his voice mail and on his email and if I don't get any reply now i'm going to the bank.


Wow on that note just now I get a call from provideosound.com in NY about the product he said that he got 4 calls today about it and that they are having a problem with a part on the cruisecam mount and a problem with the supplier. Everything looks to be on hold right now he told me we didn't forget about you.

 

well my transaction was over 60 days ago and my CC can't do anything. Time to have fun , ROADTRIP to AZ soon.

I talked to Rich the other day on the phone, he said he was out-side working at the time and to get back to him later....I was asking about his BBK.
I emailed him that night and called yesterday & today but just got the aswering machine.

I got my Z about a month ago and have only dealt with him once and he seems like a pretty cool guy idk what's going on but trust me he's pretty big here in Phoenix no reason for him to be scamming people I doubt that's the case in any case, if you wanna get a hold of him really quick, go to az350z.com they're the az forums and he's the one that started that site so just throwing out some help he's always on there usually responds within a day

 

^^ This. he's actually about three miles away from me as i type this. I've gone there once before and will go again to get my alignments done, but nothing else. Shop is pretty legit and he has good guys working there, but for any major work i'd go elsewhere. I don't think he's in the game to rip you off, did they ever show up?

 

I continue to fail to understand why it seems that 50% of all these car parts shops are 100% shady. What happened to business etiquette?
