Question Track owners & aero package people read

On this thread:

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....&threadid=4186

It was said that the back spolier was attached to the back lid via drilling. Can i get a conformation on that? I have my preformance on order but would like to change it to track and only have so long to decide. If it is drilled in like the above post claims to be, im thinking that there will be no track for me.

Thanks,

I saw a rear spoiler that was being reinstalled at a local dealer. It is very securely fastened onto the hatchback with 5 or six bolts(at least 3/16") . If after you have installed it you decide to get rid of it, you will have to do a major rework of the hatchback to fill in the holes and repaint.

Sticky tape is how they attach the M3's spoiler.

If you go to the CourtesyNissan site and look up the spoiler, the parts list includes "bolts, nuts and washers", so the answer is "Yes" the spoiler os bolted on & the connection parts are included with the spoiler.
