NNA customer service is a joke

I called NNA yesterday to see why I haven't received my CD packet. I left a message with Jennifer - from what I understand she's the one handling comfirmations.
I called again today to see what the deal is and the lady I spoke to said Jennifer will find out and let me know by next Friday evening where my packet is!
I made changes to my original order (added side air bags) I thought I would receive another black letter showing my changes. I have read on these boards that people have received 2 black letters and one package with the CD? I hope my car is being built.
Hope my dealer didn't make up the order number that he gave me.
