I just got my 2004 350Z brochure in the mail from Nissan. When they mention the stereo they call it a "re-tuned" Bose stereo.

I guess they got a LOT of complaints. To a new buyer the phrase "re-tuned" begs the question "re-tuned compared to what".


I can not believe how little information is in the brochure. It has lots of pictures and lots of "prose" but the actual information in the brochure would fit on a single index card.

 

Hey, look in the broshure for the page of the silver roadster driving towards the mountains, and on the opposite page reads "Goes like hell. Feels like heaven." Ok, look at hte driver and the top of his head... An African american, right? Now look in the rear view mirror, its a White guy!! Nice photo retouch, Nissan!

Nissan USA seems to be fairly insane as a company. They didn't respond well to the Bose issues. They were crappy with information on the Roadster. The web site is a mess. The brochure lack any real meat.

the only reason Nissan USA is afloat is because Nissan keeps cranking out great cars that are great bargains.

How did you get a 2004 350Z brochure from Nissan? I have been trying to get one, but none of the dealers in my area have any!

Please ... I want to read some of that useless stuff!

 

Call 1800Nissan1 and they will send you one, it takes about two weeks.

 

I pulled one from the website, and the local dealership had them too ...

Sorry about the poor picture but in the brochure you can clearly see that it's not hair that is a bald head.

 

What probably happened was after they took the picture, the guys head was completely behind the headrest and didn't look right... they needed to have a drivers head sticking out, and a bald head is much easier to photoshop in there...

The black dude in the picture is Kobe Bryant. Because of the sex scandal, Nissan had it replaced by Tom Cruise.

 

new Quest and Titan are not bargains. Just overpriced.

I noticed that as well.
but look closely the guy in the mirror could be the same guy driving.
