Since you were calling people out

You should never ever ever use waterless wash on your car. He is doing a far better (and still got horrible) job and not ruining his paint.

If your not using a foam cannon then the two bucket method, while also only washing one panel at a time, top first, then back around and bottom......your doing it wrong

But idk about you. I don't have time for that

it is not waterless technically. i guarantee that i have way less scratches that you do by doing my "waterless" method

he isn't ruining his paint, but he is scratching the hell out of it

so you know.... i do the two bucket method with grit guards. about 4 gallons of water in each, onr in one, clear water in the other. the car gets a high pressure spray down to get some of the big stuff off first, then one panel at a time, starting with roof. i have onr in a spray bottle that i coat the panel with before the mitt touches it. the lower parts of the car i use a grout sponge from detailed image (holds a ton of water.) blot dry with waffle towel, spray panel with optimum gloss enhancer and dry with rethickulus microfiber towel.

yeah i get it about taking time.... it takes me about 2 hours

You guys took it way too seriously lol

I did all that for about.......8 months. Then I stopped caring. Especially on my Z it's lucky to get washed once every two months. Track car does care about swirls lol

I just drove mine on a gravel road this past weekend. I still haven't washed it, but she's in a garage at the moment.

I know, it's terrible of me. Got so busy after the road trip and had to prep the house for new siding, new roof, help a friend install his window motor for the Z, and then take down my fence. I was tired. I failed.
