What have you done for your Z today?

I'm about to buy Akebono right now... but it hit me that I could buy AMG 8-POT front brakes... although I don't think they will fit 18" wheels? Actually, does anyone here have AMG 8-POT on their Z33 here? I'd love to talk to you on that subject.
Meanwhile I got my SPC camber arms from one of the fellow member here on the marketplace. Looking forward to posting that. I spent a while installing lowering springs on my lady's 370Z and her front lip after I painted it of course.

I believe a tune on its own will give you some extra ponies without any bolt-ons. Once you start adding breather mods, you'll start running leaner which isn't good. Intakes on their own probably won't destroy your engine by making it run too lean, but just something to have in the back of your mind as you start making modifications.
My previous comment was just that with any intake/exhaust modification, getting the car tuned to accommodate the new component(s) will get the most out of it.

I highly recommend everyone to check their fender liners and undertrays are secure, today my fender liner and undertray randomly detached as I was driving on the highway. It goes without saying its dangerous when this happens, but at most its a minor inconvenience for me as I didn't crash or damage another part of my car, others may not be as lucky. Does anybody have good recommendations for aftermarket liners?

I was searching around for installation videos on youtube for some parts and came across a video blog of some guy installing these "blast pipes" (basically straight piped no cats), and he video'd himself with "first reaction" after install, all he kept saying was OMG sounds so good, so good so good. please, loud is not always good.
end rant

140-160$ for TWO Factory plastic liners that will pretty much get destroyed is just way too much, I'll probably just grab the CZP liners and the Zspeed undertray because those will likely fit with no issues
I've tried my luck with aftermarket liners and they just dont line up right. I've bought 15 dollar liners, 30 dollar liners from amazon/ebay and i've had gaps, incorrect holes, thin material. I just finally gave up and went OEM. undertray i went TBW and that has taken a huge beating up here on Boston roads.
