Falore Nissan in Bay Area has 2 Z's
Just dropped by Falore Nissan to check out the production Z. They weren't in the lot or the showroom. They were out in back by the service garage. One CS and one PPW. They were still dirty from the transport. The PPW was being worked on by a Lo-Jack guy. He was installing it. I asked how much and he said around $600. Wasn't a good sight since he had all the wires from under the dash hanging out in all directions.
The CS was parked amongst the employees and customers' cars to be serviced. It still had on the white covers. No one around so I checked to see if it was unlock. Surprised, it was unlocked. Sat in it to get a good feel. Checked the views for obtrusion. Nothing new to what already has been said in other threads. Here's the tempting thing, I looked down and the key was in the ignition. Yes, it did crossed my mind...hmmmmm....had to get back to work. Still waiting for mine. It is ALL that and more!!!
If you're in the area and have not seen it go check it out. Maybe someone will have bigger ***** than me to take it for a joyride! Just kidding. Tempting, huh?

LoJack facts
You guys need to do your homework regarding satellite systems.
Not only are they very expensive, easy to find and disable (no backup battery, for instance) and easy to hide from. Strictly line of sight - read the fine print. Plus monthly fees OR only 50 free "tracks" a year.
The LoJack is radio signal based, used by Police wherever it is sold and has a 24 hour money back guarantee. Most recoveries are within 2 hours and NO damage NO MATTER when it's discovered stolen.
17 years in business and over 50,000 recoveries speaks for itself.
Also, it's only a 2 wire connection. Exposed wires when panels are removed are normal. And it's NOT an alarm system.
