Here is my problem, Having just been stationed in Houston, the last bit of my drive to work takes me though an industrial area with pot holes and bumbs galore. Now with 50,000 miles on the z the stock suspension is almost ready to be replaced. So I am at a dilemma... Sell the Z before it gets shook to death or just start replacing the parts and deal with it.
If I did sell the Z i would just get a grocery getter thats good on gas. I would be saving a good bit of money doing so.

If you are thinking about selling your Z because it needs new shocks... then apparently you aren't very attached to it. If you'd be just as happy in a grocery getter, sell the Z and enjoy the benefits of the grocery getter with good gas mileage and a more compliant ride.

If you are worried about the damage you will do to the Z on the potholes and bumps and would be content for now with a GG then sell it and save your money. You can always get another one in the future.

Suspension is made to move up and down to absorb bumps, just drive and let it do its job.
