Default So..whats it like owning a 350z? Give me the break down

Hello i am coming from my.is a lexus IS forums very similar to this one. I currently own a blk 01 lexus is300, i love this car alot but it just has 2 major downsides; Its an auto and yes its got a 2jz motor but it just takes too much effort to make it go fast!

I aint even 100% sure if im going through with this but i figure i ask the best for help. First the 350z car i am looking at is a 2003 6 speed black with 57k miles. Pluses are that the paint is in top shape and its got that tan leather seats that i like personally. Asking price is $13k...

I have some Qs if you guys would be nice to answer

1. How expensive is upkeep for a Z? maintenance, gas etc...
2. Hows the life on these engines? are they strong pass 100k miles or does age noticeably takes its toll on the vehicle?
3. #1 reason im moving to this platform is for a more simpler way on achieving 400whp. Is it as easy as throwing in a bolt-on vortech supercharger? or does require more in-depth upgrades to the engine and or trany?
4. I am aware that wheels on a Z is a whole nother project which i am static about thanks to all the possibilities that u have. I am depressed to think that i might not be able to pull of my current setup. i have Gold works Vs xx 18x8/9.5 38+ 215/40/18 and 245/35/18 will it sit well after some spacers and a drop?

Sorry for the bother, i am sure some of these Questions have been asked before in this boards, but i thought it be better to get a more direct answer directly to me.
