I had them on for the first 20,000 miles and then I hung one on a sharp right hand curbing. Took them off to repaint and immediately liked the unbroken lines when they are off. I have run without them for the last 21,000 miles and they will remain off. Regards, Jim

Seems about 50/50? I have them on my SB, but I think they're coming off this weekend when I install my spacers. I like the clean look without them, but it seems the cars that look best without them have been dropped. My car is stock height. We'll see.

I have them, want to take them off. But they drilled a hole in the body! It is low down so maybe it would not be visible?

I dont like the look of them. I baught a car w/o them on purpose...feel like it doesnt compliment the smooth round **** or the lines of the car. The mudflaps looks disjointed on this car. Also, stock rims are so far inside the bodywork that I haven't gotten one rock chip on the sides yet! (wish I could say that about the front). With the flaps on...the tires look like they are way too far inside the body too.
Having said that...for mudflaps...the Nissan ones are nice.

Let me break the scale by saying ..... HELL NO !
My g/f is in the process of buying a 2004 g35 coupe and let me say that the mud flaps on that car are even worse than the Z's. Not to mention they charge $200 for them instead of $80 Nissan charge. On either car, I feel they look REALLY aftermarket. The G35's are far worse though. I pulled one of them with 1 finger, and it started to seperate from the wheel-well very easily. I don't see the purpose of them on the Z. I don't have them and like Gooters said, the wheels sit far enough in that you don't get a spray on the rear fenders like in other cars. They are strictly for Nissan to make some more bling, and Infiniti really is raping people !
