Default New to the Z, Read!

Some of you guys already know about these, but to a new Z owner I think they will find them helpful. First, the rearview mirrow is adjustable down...take mirror face and pull it down, it will give you better view out of rear window.(works great)..Second, there is a hidden compartment behind the passenger seat, in the storage bin, open it up and lift the tray up! 2 more inches of hidden storage. Third, look at your front grille, do you see where the tow hook screws in? many dealers during there Pre delivery Inspections do not install the black faceplate to cover it up. You will find it where your jack is. Thats just a couple i can remember. Anyone have anymore? Hope this helps, especially the mirror one...Good luck, and good Z'ing!

Windows go down w/ key FOB

Really ?!?

Is this just with the '04 model, or also with the '03? I didn't know about this (nor can I find this in the '03 owner's manual). It would be a neat trick if I could lower the windows with the key fob.

You can also raise / lower the window with the key in the doorlock. Hold in the lock position to roll up, hold in the unlock position to go down.

Hold down lock the lock and unlock buttons until the lights flash.

You have now stopped your car from honking and flashing when you unlock it

It still flashes when you lock it but no "look at me!" honk!

I cant get my mirror to pull down. Or push up for that matter. Maybe I am misuderstanding you? It would be great if it could go down. I would be able to see out the back!
