Default Rear suspension not aligning. Please help me!!

Car was hit in the rear left quarter panel/wheel area and the spindle and lower arm broke. They were replaced and I took the car for an alignment. Well the mechanic said that the rears were not aligning(camber and toe) they were not able to get them were they needed to be. So the mechanic tells me that the cross member was bended and that it needed to be replaced. I bought a brand new cross member from the Nissan dealer and took the car back to the shop to install the new cross member. They installed the new cross member and now the camber is good but they can't get the toe to be correct. From what I can tell the left rear tire has toe out and the rear left tire has toe in. I'm so frustrated right now that I don't know what to do next. Last thing I'm thinking is that the frame has damage but some mechanics tell me that it does not and others the opposite. Please advise me on what to do next. I'm about to junk the car.

thanks guys.
