i think you will be happy with the Z. with an hr you can see about 290-300whp with boltons... i have an 08 and it's been very reliable.

Go as close as possible to the Trade-in value. They might not agree with the price but it's not up to them. You call the shots with those rodent wannabe salesmen. Tell them what you want to pay. Don't pay anymore than 16.5k id say. I paid 16 for my 07 and that was a year ago. Go hard!!!!

PS. Remember to point out to them its a base model.

lmao, actually we're working on changing the name to floridazclub... to invite the newer and older model Z's.

 

they called me back and will only give me 14,300 for my car....so i'd go 2,700 under. they wont go down on the price of the car either...right now if they gave me 14,300 for my car,i put 1,000 down after all taxes and fees i'd end up paying 443 a month over 60 months @ 4.79%. i'm paying 377 a month now on my speed6. would i like to pay less for that? yes...but for a practically new car i think its a pretty fair amount. 18k miles and a 2007 model. what do you guys think??

 

I'd tell him drive the car up his wifes fat ***. That's just me... If you really want it then theres no stopping you. I just wouldn't jump the gun because theres alot of people trading in 350z's for 370z's and patience is a virtue. Don't settle for the base model. Go for Enthusiast +.

 

you can get a better deal man, hell i bought my 08 base brand new for 23k otd.

 

thats an over priced base youd pay that on a touring if anything but not a base... at 443 a month u can own a nismo

 

well did some more talking and moved numbers around some more in my favor. long story short i drove the car home today and love it. although the passenger side door speaker isnt working. im glad to be part of the 350z family now.

 

congrats, I'm happy for you, make sure they take care of that speak as soon as possible for you. What color did you go with? Post pics when you get a chance

 

as someone who came from an 07 mazdaspeed 3 to an 08 san marino 350, I'd say you made the right choice

pics will be up shortly. i just washed it today and have to do interior tomorrow. as far as the speaker, my audio warranty is already voided because it has an aftermarket pioneer deck in it w/ display screen. no worries though i went and bought an alpine 10" sub today and 2 alpine speakers for the doors. subs in,sounds good. there was a jl audio sub in there already but it was blown and sounded like ****. anybody know if its difficult to get the doors off for the speakers? also my 3 year factory warranty is up in july of this year i found out. i need to get it in for an occasional 5th gear grinding. i called service dept today and there already trying to blame it on the clutch plate wearing out. -THROWS BULLLLLLLLLLLLSHIT FLAG-. that wont fly. anyways glad to be here i will be posting pics shortly. thanks everyone.
