Do the Z headlights not have an automatic shutoff?
My friend has an 02 Maxima and his HID lights shut off automatically after a minute or so. I tried it on my Z, but didnt have the patience to wait and see if they would turn off. Im guessing they wont, but does anyone know for sure?

To the best of my knowledge, this feature has come standard on almost all new vehicles for a couple of years now. It was originally known as the "Idiotproof group" when listed as a feature.
Seriously though, WTF is up with the "Audible breakwear sensors"? Brakes have always squealed when it was time for replacement, but every new car lists it as a standard feature. Do people actually think it is something special????

THESE ARE NOT YOUR STANDARD WARNING SENSORS. Their made from titanium triple polycarbon dual anodized fiber flux magnetic sensors WITH a complex integrated audible difribulator. Some high end cars come with the EFSHGS systems (Emergency Forecast Single Hub centric Grease Solenoids in case you didn’t know that acronym) .Ours Z’s do not. Like I said, not standard stuff here.
I say we got a deal on these babies. I think the McLaren F1 has them as standard equipment too (someone please verify this).

Off. on......off. on. off...........on.....off? If so, it means; "I can't see your Z in the dark but nice car man".
