To the OP... honestly, I feel your pain, but there is no way I would file a claim for such minimum amount of damage. I mean, that is barely over a door dent you can get on any parking lot.
And, well, just do not trust your car to someone else so easily. It is well known that valet parking is only for people who do not care much about their cars
