My new 04 is a HOOT to drive
looks good, but IMO the 2 silvers and the white do nothing for the car.. All the chrome accents just blend in and looks so plain. I wouldn't of gotten a Z if I had to get a silver, too boring.. No offense at all intended, just my opinion and many of my friend's opinion.

There are too many Silverstones in the Bay Area.

Your friends just told you what you want to hear. I've never had a friend come up to me and say my Silverstone looks plain. In fact, they all think the Blue isn't as nice looking as Silvers (the Salesman said that too when I was making a decision whether to go for Blue or Silverstone). No offense intended.

You like what you like, I like what I like.. No color is particularly better, it's usually the conservative people that get the whites and silvers. I prefer colors, some cars look better with certain colors, IMO the Z looks bland with silver (more so CS then SS). Also 3/4 ths of all 350z's I have seen on the streets were silvers, they just blend into traffic.
My color list goes like this:
Favorite-least Favorite :
Daytona Blue
Black
Red
Lemans Sunset
Brick
Silverstone
White
Chrome silver
Judging by your comments your the conservative type and your list probably looks opposite then mine. Also what did you expect the saleman to say to you?

I told the salesman I like both colors (50/50) and he gave me his personal preference and I think I made a right choice. My initial comment was there are just too many SS in the bay area.
