Default should i buy an 100k miles 2004 350Z?

hi,all .i'm going to buy my first car and consider about an Z.with 10000$ i can get an 2004 350Z with over 100k miles
...
of course Z is a racing car so it was very easy to broke compare with a sedan or somethig, my most concern is about maintainace cost .
..
100k miles for a racing car is too high,so do you think i should buy a 350Z with these miles ? does it cost alot to maintain the car each month ?
..
you know,100k is normal for an sedan, but 100k for racing car is different .i can spend only one time money and i dont want to spend any in this car later.

You have been warned.

What is a "racing car"? Are you buying it to track it only? If that's the case, then mileage shouldn't be a worry - you need to gut and replace all stock stuff anyway.

Buy a civic. Let someone who will take care of the Z buy it.

Judging by your grammar your either foreign or 15 and I can only assume your knowledge of fixing cars is limited in scope. Also, as you have stated you don't have extra money to fix a high mileage car. Based on these factors I would have to reccomend a different car choice. You can get a nice low mileage scion tc or vw gti which will be plenty sporty er " racey" and may even come with a warranty.

350z's aren't unreliable cars but any car nearing 100k is going to be needed maintainence in some form. And yes SPORTS cars are often beat up by their owners. However if your set on a z you can get a hell of alot better deal on a an 04 with over 100k than 10g's.

Good luck and practice your spelling. Cheers

I think you need to check out the insurance costs. I don't think it's a good idea.

The RSX is a relatively inexpensive race car to maintain.

If you don't want to spend money on a car later, then you might consider getting a bus pass.

Racing car is expensive, racing car costs lots of extra money, the Z needs lots of stuff to become racing car.

What series to you need racing car for ?

Like others have said, I wouldn't recommend a Z as a first car. I'm assuming you're young and when you're young you do stupid things which will land you into big trouble with this car. Take the suggestion of the rsx, decent all around

As young as your post makes you seem to be, I would highly recommend something like an older Ford Explorer or Taurus. They have a nice big backseat, and nailing your classmates of the opposite gender is FAR more comfortable in a larger vehicle.

Just a helpful suggestion.
