Default This is why I sold my old Bimmer...

I admit it folks, I used to own a BMW.

Which is a fine car. What sucks is the following it inspires, not every BMW owner is an arrogant and pompous jerk-off. However, too many of them are! I just don't get it. I was even looked down on by fellow BMW owners because I didnt have an e36 model, I had a 1988 325i, that I loved. I would take it to the meets and these BMW guys in the newer models wouldn' even talk to me. Naturally, one would think this hurts my feelings, but I assure you, I have none.

None the less, the M3 is an amazing car in a different class. Stock for stock, it does put a hurting on the Z. End of story.

Consequently, the Z in the video, put a hurting on that M3. I say for us regular people who's parents don't have 60K to throw at their kids to keep em happy, we are getting the best deal. None the less, I love the M3. It may sound like my argument is going back and forth, and well it is. I do love the M3. But damn, it's always cool to root for the underdog.

What gets me is the arrogance of these "kids" on the site, they swore the video wasn't real...Haha.

Funny Times Reading the Posts.

Abel

p.s. To that guy that said the E36 M3 can take the Z...what kind of drugs you smoking boy ? I don't think the E36 could hang with the Z-zle.

haha..."Z-zle" <---------------Snoop Talk for 350 Z.

I was talking about a stock e36 m3..it puts down 240hp and I dont know how much torque..but unless its been done by Dinan, I am pretty sure the e36 cant take a stock Z, but yeah modded of course..but then again, mod the z...blah blah blah.

I love the M3. I just dont like the kids who own them, most of the adults driving them are cool.

P.s. I am not like 40 or something, I am 21, I am just talking about the 18yr old range kids that "own" them

aw whatever, I am jealous, I want my Z already.

well the thing is it only gets real until you reach 4.5 sec then its me or you
couse the guy in bmw that can make less than that time needs to know how to drive the car as well...

4.5 Sec is lets see - 15k job on z....

on BMW M3 - they have this new BMW comming out very nice - runs for about 80gs - will do 4.3 sec...... But then again.. different car different prospects....

In car magazin there is this TVR car making 4 sec and stock price 32000 pound sterling.. If you ask me - watchout...

In the other hand - z is such a nice underdog for regular Jo and yet can put it out...Got to luv it...

Smile Tail Gate - Looking in Rear Mirror

All:

Yes - There is a flaw in most BMW's they have a tendency to tail-gate. I often look up and see a BMW logo in the rear view mirror of my Z. They are very tall. And one head light in each rear view mirror. As they are drafting, they tend to slow down when I go to next lane.. Then pull back on thier bumper. They seem dis-oriented. Then they are sucking me down the fast lane.
As I slow down they are slowed down. So I go out and around, and run in free air.

At this point they gun the car, and really get it on. I generaly stay back until the CHP pulls them over and go on my way.

Cheers Amy -

It's nice to have a person to clear the road for you.

Dinan actually is an expensive tuner for bmw...half thier expense comes b/c they don't void the warranty...they are bmw certified. believe me.....www.aatuning.com has turbos that will awake the e36 m3 and will smoke a new m3 and a 350z...dinan is really overpriced and in the bmw world only the rich people go through dinan...

Its funny how they say the Z is a dime a dozen where they are. Where I am at the M3's are a dime a dozen. I see every BMW including Dinan either Z3 or Z8. I havent seen very many M5's though but i do see alot of the new 740's. Around here if you get anything below a 540 (besides M3), your driving a poor mans Bimmer. Believe me those arent kids.

The rich, rich, rich people around here arent jackas^es though.

*edit... any more pics?
Interesting you feel that way. I would rather look at an Asian face than a white girl anyday of the week.
