OMFG such bad luck. This time a rock from a dump truck flew out and cracked my windshield. WTF!!

How the F does this happen when I'm driving on the other side of the road!

Did a U-Turn and followed his *** till he stopped. Had a talk with him the hard way but all he said was to see my insurance which was my plan anyways.

Insurance will cover my windshield no charge so that's good.

Someone give me an M16 and a dancing bear to shoot please.

P.S. Here's another happy pic.

Her name is Asa Akira.

Had that happen driving through Oklahoma.

Truck coming from the opposite direction had an uncovered load, I think, and a rock the size of a softball came off the back of the truck.
It had the momentum the truck had, so it bounced right along.
It bounced along the road, over the freeway divider, and into the middle of the hood of the van I was driving.

i know theyre common place but arent the semis that shed those tire treads legally responsible for the damage they cause?

So you didn't have to follow him, huh?

Nope. Didn't have to follow him. I did it just in case if my insurance needed his info. My first time having to go to my insurance to have something fixed so I just wanted to be prepared.

What sh**ty *** luck. The guy repairing my windshield happens to crack my A-Pillar on my passenger side. He's going to order a new one free of charge and replace it. Who knows how long that'll take. If this keeps up, I'm gonna turn into:

My bad luck must be affecting people too. I was driving behind a brand new-looking Z4 yesterday evening and it got into a bad head-on collision with some crappy *** teenage-driving Saturn. 75% of the engine bay on the Z4 was crushed and fluids everywhere.

I'm gonna stock up on horseshoes, rabbits' feet, 4-leaf clovers, and maybe buy 500 boxes of General Mills Lucky Charms.

Happy pics keep me going:

Had the same thing happen to my G35 a month or so ago.

Insurance quoted damaged at 1100ish and since it was under comprehensive or whatever there was no cost to me and just got a check for 1100 to fix it.

after 5 min and a couple bolts removed.

It still messed up a little and decided to get a front lip the covers up all the bad spots on the bumper. Figured it would be a waste to spend to much on it since in a year or so it would most likely be knicked up again.
