Default DO NOT purchase from CVR Motorsports...

This is the 2nd time I've gone through their company for parts...Honestly I will never in my life deal with them again. The first time i ordered a Seibon CF hood and Seibon CWCF lip, they took months to arrive..NO phone availability for the company, they wont answer nor call you back, and limited emails..no tracking info as well..this time i figured it would be different..had my autobody shop order antoher CF lip since someone cracked my original..ive had the car waiting in the shop for over a week and NOTHING!, they have not received a phone call, email with tracking info, or the part itself..not to mention this company is only a state over from me..WARNING do not purchase from this company. waste of time and effort..

I've purchased two products from these guys and everything worked out smooth. Well, when i ordered a MD plenum spacer, unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. But they called Motordyne and managed to send me the product straight from MD. No tracking number but it arrived within a week. CVR
I've heard Chris, the main guy, is overseas..maybe that has to do with something?
Also not too long ago, a forum member had problem with ordering SEIBON parts from another vendor. Unfortunately, i believe it was SEIBON's mistake, fault to not shipping out the product to the vendor.
Seibon FTL and CVR FTW...lol

they had the best pricing, great customer service, and I got my hood in 3-4 days when I ordered from them.

sorry you didn't have the same luck.

Lets fill in the blanks since you left out a lot of information...

-The first time you purchased this lip you noted you were a repeat customer, Bryan on the spot gave you an additional discount and got it shipped.

-You later ordered a hood, the shipping company took longer than expected, you became prematurely upset and left us negative feedback without allowing us time to reply (within a couple of hours of the same day?!), then requested to the admin to have the neg removed and acknowledged and apologized for being upset and impatient. Chris stepped in and took care of you, and by end you even got a free set of oem front rotors, but you left that part out, and how happy you were with the service and the fact that you understood shipping is out of our hands but we do take care of our customers if they work with us.

-You pmed us saying you needed a replacement lip and the body shop was going to order after trying to call (an hour before they ordered). We got the order and processed it, told you we would do our best but we never guaranteed any arrival. The order was received with just over 3 days until week's end to have it arrive, you nor the body shop requested expedited shipping. Had you contacted us directly or let us know your previous orders Chris wouldve reminded you about the shipping so you could anticipate since he knows you only by actual name, not forum name.

Based on 2 previous orders your well aware by now that shipping large items like this can take time and shipping companies are not always accurate, ordering late in the day on a monday to receive by friday with a 4 day transit leaves too much room for error, which is why we never guaranteed it and told you all we could do is try our best since expedited service was not requested, and we understand as it can get costly at those dimensions.

After all weve done for you, you flood our pm box with rude messages and name calling, blame us for something that isnt our fault (order confirmation was sent the following day!) and then post a thread like this, its disappointing to say the least. If anything, we hope other vendors will see this and consider their dealings with you as it is a 2 way street.

Thanks! Chris spoke to me about this, he was overseas when you emailed and had MD make sure you got it

The OP neglects to mention how much time Chris spent on the phone with him (hes a very nice guy on the phone) and how fast he addressed his emails (over 50 emails exchanged). Again, we work with anyone and everyone when given a proper chance, but at least be factual about your feedback and share it in its entirety.

I cant believe someone would talk smack about CVR motorsports. Those guys offer:

-the lowest prices on the forum
-shipping is hella fast
-tracking numbers
-confirmation emails if you sign up on thier website
-they return their phone calls

When I ordered my sideskirts they told me that they were out of stock and I patiently waited for them to order more. On top of that, they were in constant contact w/ SEIBON to make sure I wasnt forgotten. I would gladly do business with them again

I ordered a CF spoiler for my mazda from CVR a few years back and they were very responsive and quick to ship. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Did you not think CVR would see this, you got free stuff, I mean come on drama queen. You have to wait for quality parts thats just how it works.

oem rotorS. I never knew oem front rotors (pair) cost $20. I thought they cost more than a hundred from a dealer.
