I must say after watching this thread for a while and debating whether to comment I finally feel the need to speak... er type. While I don't fall in the 17yr old range, I am definitely on the younger side here on the forum, and it makes me very sad to see that this is how my generation represents itself. I have about 25 employees who work for me, over half 21 and under and not a single one of them acts this way. Its scary to think that we are not the Y gen but closer to the ME generation. My mommy and daddy bought ME this or that. No one is impressed. Get a real job, pay real bills, and buy YOURSELF something of worth. Then people will see you with respect and you won't have to defend yourself with stupid comments or smiley faces.

That's the main point of this thread in a nutshell. It's a shame that so many of these young NOOBS are too dumb, ignorant, arrogant, stubborn, spoiled, and/or delusional to get the point.

How do you expect to be treated with your attitude? Most people on here have had to work to get what they have. How can you look at yourself in the mirror and have any self respect?

Its an honor to be held in such high regard. You have bragged about your Z being an HR and how it is so superior to DE's. HR>DE was your sig at one time. Everyone knows that the HR is a better platform but bashing other Z's isn't cool. Just last night you criticized another members Z.
