Ha im not trying to argue for the case of 17 year olds driving them. I dont own a z and i understand why older guys hate most the kids that drive them.
Its like little kids on Xbox live. Nobody wants them there regardless of how good they are or what they've accomplished in life.
How much can one of these kids have possibly accomplished?

Thats my point. Accomplishments in your own age group seem like to nothing to those older than you. 7500 dollars is alot to 17 year olds but nothing to 30 year olds.
So what are the qualification for a 17 year old to own a Z?
I don't think its so much that you need qualifications to own a Z. But at 17 yrs old, you don't truly know how to appreciate and control what you have. Not talking down to any of the younger members, its just a fact of life. at 17, you just are starting to learn how to drive. at 17 you think you know everything and everyone older than you is stupid. Problem is, a 17 year old is actually the dumb one who is more likely to do something stupid on the road with a high powered car and cause problems for others. Hell, even a low powered hyundai in the hands of a teenager is like giving the keys to a F1 race car to anyone who has no true training on how to drive them properly and the experience driving them to not crash them. Not saying a 30 or 40 or 50 year old won't do the same crap, but it is more likely that a 17 year old would just to show off and won't be able to control what is about to happen. its all about experience and maturity.

Out of curiousity, how did you afford these 4 vehicles with only 2 years of legally being able to drive and 2.5 years of being able to work(unless you were working under the table for you family for years prior that is)

Yeah this thread got blown up good, started out with the normal bantering and then all hell broke loose. Pretty epic, and the PWRR section now is on the Premier side of the site.
It doesn't matter what kind of job you have. It's how you save, and how you spend.
No, it does matter. $12 per hr milking or pumping cows and minimum wage at a movie theater won't be enough to buy all those cars in less than 2 years time on his own. he definately could get at least one of those cars, but not all 4 without help from someone else. I'm just doing the math and it doesnt add up with the info he's given. Were these cars financed or bought straight out?
all these cars were finaced, i do pay bills other than car bills. the only car i have is the Z. i bought and sold the other cars. i guess you guys must be waisting your money on other stuff
