Its not pre-manufactured for sure. Its all custom fabricated at a small shack here in Permatang Tinggi, Penang, Malaysia. They're doing it based on pictures taken from magazines and the internet. When I left yesterday he was customizing the circular tail lights using hand tools !

all the fastest cars in the world are auto. people tend to forget that. If they made an updated T400 with 5-6 speeds, i'd switch in a minute
