Default Stock too low or is it just me?

The other day I went to KFC and bottomed out some how. I was moving from the street to the parking lot. It was not troublesome "looking" hump at all, but I got stuck. I turned at an angle but not to angled because it was a normal looking turn in. Couldn't move forward or reverse. Had to take off VDC so I could spin the tires in reverse to get free. Just have some 19s on stock suspension so far.

Also had problems at parking deck/lot behind that Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, but that's another story. Got

Any other of you guys had any similar problems with stock height?

Are you the original owner? If not, maybe you are not stock height..

You gotta just see where you can and can't go with the z.

<- lowered 1.5" with v2 bumper (scraped at tbell/kfc today also )

Most Z owners go lower, so I'm pretty sure you'll be in the minority in terms of thinking stock height is "too low"....

What'd ya get at KFC?? Mashed potatos, right? Right?? Ya.....

Qft. Just gotta be aware. Find better ways into parking lots. Only problem I have is my underground parking. Gotta go real slow and no passengers.

I really hope your car was lowered prior to you purchasing it or you need to learn how to drive LOL

OEM height was never a problem anywhere except my wacky driveway.

That's some of what I was thinkin too. Have about 2 fingers of wheel gap, nothing hangin low under the car... Oh well. Guess I'm driving in at some greater angles now.

The only time i scraped my car at stock height was when i had to go down a ramp in a parking lot with like a 80 degree gradient, ****ing ridiculous! I just got my car lowered 3 days ago. It looks amazing, way better than stock, the y-pipes like 4" off the ground now lol, but i havent scraped any drive ways or anything yet.

And like someone said, maybe the car was lowered before you bought it, if your not the first owner.

you have two fingers of wheel gap? Like two vertical fingers or two fingers on top of each other gap? Cuz if its two fingers on top of each other gap, thats def lowered. I could fit a fist and maybe more on my wheel gap....

I scrape all the time I'm lowered on tein S. With 19" Volks. I have to go at an angle all the time. It happenes almost everytime I go out. The Antelope Valley has the worst drive ways..

I think I scraped once at stock height. Lot of bad driveways in dt Atlanta.

I'm at stock height with a vertex lip so gotta be even more careful.

It definitely sits lower than most cars on the road but you just gotta be careful. Angles are your friend

Stock height can definitely bottom and scrape at some places.
