Anybody ever do any business with these guys. I've sent at least 3 e-mails to their info@motorsportauto.com to get some questions answered and they've never responded. Hard to put any faith into an on-line retailer when they don't seem to want to answer e-mails.

 

I never bought anything from them, but I asked for a shipping quote once and they promptly replied. But after I sent another email asking about something else, they never replied.

 

Just give them a call dude they always answered when I called in the past.

They have been around for a very long time, and have supported the Z scene equally as long....

 

I've used them a couple of times. I've never had any issues and always quick shipping.

Good experience here. Ordered Stealth Bulbs for 06+ lights but I drive an '03. They called ASAP reconfirming the order and shipped shortly there after.

MREV came broken after a bit of drama they cross shipped a replacement. Lip was a flawless transaction.

 

Bought a front bumper for my 280 when I had it. No problems. Very thorough they usually call you after you order to confirm.

 

Ordered all my burnt orange door upgrades and Nismo flywheel. Got it like 4 days later, very good company in my opinion..

Bought sways from them 3-4 years ago. Sent an email a few days after ordering (hadn't heard a word or received a tracking number)...tried again a day or two later....nadda. Finally called 5-6 days after ordering and they didn't have the parts in. Waited a day after they said they would have them in.....hadn't shipped it yet. Finally got the parts two-three weeks after ordering.

Prices are good, but I won't be ordering anything from them again....nor would I refer any business their way. Communication is **** poor.

 

I know I'm a minority here, but my experience was not good with the Z-Store. I bought something from them that needed to be returned. They do not give you cash refunds on returned merchandise; they give you store credit. I tried ordering items 3 times using the store credit via email and was ignored. Calls went unanswered. I'm out 45 bucks. Lesson learned. With all the good businesses out there selling the same things, I'd avoid the Z-Store.
