The surveys are starting to roll in, I got a call last night asking me about my purchase experience and asked if I would be interested in an NNA "executive" calling me to follow up, I also received a survey in the mail but it was from the dealer not NNA.
Excelent! (Porter Nissan in Delaware). Couldn't have asked for better service. Though, with this site and all, in the beginning, I seemed to be more in the loop than my dealer. Not only charged at MSRP, but everyone was quite knoledgable, freindly, and exited about my car.
As always excellent sales, service and employees (North Coast Nissan - Middleburg Heights, Ohio) that's why I have been buying Nissans from them since 1987. They always treat you right in all aspects of the business. Gave me a 350Z ball cap, and the "Lust, Then Love" Z Book by Ron Sessions. My 6mt Brickyard Touring was perfectly detailed and ready to go when I picked it up on Tuesday. Can't be happier!

Because my experiance so far hasnt been good....and i havent even received the car yet....I cant even get a date on when the dealer ordered it, they only say it was ordered.... Reigonal Manager said the dealer would call me right back... Never did get that call... I hope it gets better..if and when i get the car
