Someone help!
I haven't actually filled out the paperwork yet, but this is what I'm expecting on my payments.
Total Price : 30,618
Downpayment: 1,000
Total Price after Downpayment: 29,618
Plan: Lease
Term: 60month
Monthly Payment: $400.00
Now on 400/month on 60months, thats 24,000. Will they subtract that 24,000 from the 29,618, and thats my total ammount due, or does it work in another way? Anyone who knows, please reply. Thanks!

According to the Leaseguide.com, the depreciation is 17,200, Finance Charges are 7,000 , Sales tax is 766.. Total of all payments is like 25,000.. So does this mean I will only owe like 5,000? Or does it mean 29,618 - 17,000, and 12,618 is my balance due at the end of the term?

Depreciation is not linear. I would strongly suggest you speak with your dealer and your financial lender. It sounds like you need to read the fine print a little closer.
That made no sense to me..
My question is if I did a 60month lease on 29,618 and the payments are about 400 a month with a 41% residual and .0028 money factor, how much will i owe at the end of my term of 60months???

41% of 30,618 is : 12,553.38. thats what you owe at the end, that's what residual means. When you lease you're merely paying the lessor for the depreciation of the car, plus interest for them to let you borrow it. They're figuring the car will be worth 12.5k at the end of the lease term. I would look up leasing online before signing anything, there's more to know than just that.
