when I take out the passenger seat to save weight because my gf cheated and have been single ever since... That's when I knew my z is the only girl for me.

The Cougar's interior is much better put together than the z's.. Every damn thing in the z rattles where as the cougar's is dead silent.
Not my 06 nor any Z I have been in.
I'll give you the touch areas in the Z suck with scratching but no rattles and as I had a Cougar I can speak to the fact it was cheaply made and the finish was nowhere near what I have in my Z.

Sorry your Z is falling apart.
This, whilst there are some touch points and odd little rattles that are easily solved, it's a Rolls Royce compared to anything Ford have put out.

As a former Cougar owner I can attest also too that Z's interior being far superior. I also have no rattles at with my Z.
