Anyone know anything about these guys? I ordered a JWT Popcharger from them last night online with my debit card however no money has been taken out of my account yet and i got no order confirmation from them. Whats up with that?

You ARE joking right? Order it Friday night... the bank won't be OPEN until Monday. How do you think they're going to ship it out for you? UPS or FedEx won't pick it up until Monday...

 

How about a confirmation that my order had even been placed?

 

I don't see how it could be delivered by Monday.

Avalon Racing is the shop that installed Gerald's (350Zzzz) Procharger. They've been very very good to him, and to some other members here in CT.

I've never had any personal experience, but a few people I know all have good things to say.

Avalon Racing is top notch. I have ordered a couple of parts for my Maxima and so has my brother. Paul has always answered emails promptly and provides great support.

 

They are definitely top notoch. You'll be fine. They don't work 24 hours so I would imagine they will be processing your order on Monday. If you have any problems you should call Paul there directly. I've purchased from them and I know many people that deal with them and I've met Paul personally and he runs a first class business.

 

Hey MyZ4U2C after you get your JWT can you post on how it went, i mean with avalon... how long it took etc... does theirs come with the heat shield or no?

 

I'll post a full report once its on the car, but yes i it comes with the heatshield for $100.00.

 

wrong. As soon as your card is authorized it shows up with your bank. (this is of course, assuming Avalon can authorize cards in real time like most online retaiers.) If MYZ4U2C is using an online banking service to check status, it WILL take a few days to show. This isnt due to the bank not being open on weekends. It always takes them a few days to update their online database. If you call them, the change will be there.

 

Thats exactly what im saying Pure Tremble...whenever i make an online purhcase wuth my debit card, i dont care if its midnight on a Saturday, i can call Wachovia within 10 minutes and its already shown up on my account...this hasnt happened yet which is why i started this thread. I wasnt expecting the filter to be delivered by Monday or anything. I just wondered why the purchase hadnt shown up at my bank and why i wasnt given some sort of email confirmation of an order. Thats all.

 

I am confident they'll deliver; however, for your peace of mind, give them a call and leave a voice mail to call back; as it's the weekend.

i just ordered a nismo exhaust from paul at AR and he was completely helpful and easy to work with, and answered my pms.

 

We have all the last few days orderes shipping today and two pop chargewrs that were ordered yesterday going out after the holidays.
